Applications are no longer being accepted for mortgage assistance from Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund.

However, through the American Rescue Plan Act, Indiana was allocated $167.9 million for the Homeowner Assistance Fund to help homeowners who were negatively impacted by COVID-19.

This new mortgage assistance program is currently under development and is not yet taking applications.
