CLARIAN HEALTH

At Clarian Health, we are called to a very special mission. In partnership with the Indiana University School of Medicine, we provide leading-edge clinical care to Hoosiers across the state, train the next generation of clinicians and work to discover tomorrow’s life-saving therapies. And we do all of this for one reason: to improve the health of Hoosiers. In carrying out this mission, we are guided by our long-standing values that include charity, equality and justice in healthcare and a commitment to promoting health and wellness in our communities.
FIFTH THIRD BANK

At Fifth Third Bank, it is our distinct privilege to be a member in the communities where we do business. We appreciate the opportunity to serve people in every corner of our geographic market. We start with the fundamental principle that we, as a financial institution, are only as strong as the communities we serve. That's why we strive to be engaged in activities that concern people and to use our financial and human resources to create positive change in each one of our cities, towns and neighborhoods.
To that effect, in 2009, the bank donated over $700,000 in charitable donations and sponsorships; $11,500 in grants were awarded through the Fifth Third Foundation; $30,840 in Charles E. Schell grants in which Fifth Third Bank is trustee; committed over $21 million in Community Development Lending, and $11 million were committed in Community Development Investments by Fifth Third's Community Development Corporation. Additionally, Fifth Third employees donated $183,000 and Fifth Third Foundation donated $54,000 to United Way in 2009.
Fifth Third Bank is proud to support and partner with the Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network.
