The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority is now accepting application for the Indiana Homeowner Assistance Fund (IHAF).
IHAF is a mortgage payment assistance program for eligible Indiana homeowners in all 92 counties experiencing a hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If you need immediate assistance, please contact your lender or servicer or dial 211 for information on additional programs that may be available in your area.
IHAF Mobile Intake Events
IHCDA will be holding in-person mobile intake events across the state to assist homeowners with their IHAF applications, answer questions, and provide free in-person housing counseling assistance. Program staff and Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network counselors will be present to assist. Please sign up using the link provided. Applicants will be assisted on a first come first served basis. Please make sure to bring physical or digital copies of any documentation that may be required. All assistance is subject to time and counselor availability.
